The Coltwood group was formed in 1981 by Peter Noble, a Chartered Civil Engineer. It successfully grew both in times of economic expansion and recession.

Originally formed as a commercial development and construction group it saw a gap in the market. Now, in addition, provides serviced office suites in the area of Farnham and Aldershot. Coltwood is now firmly established in the community and enjoys its place as a local company. Peter Noble continues to provide the day to day management and future direction of the group.
